During the last years the City of Paris has developed an interesting new approach on Green in the inner city - one really can say an 'avant-gardiste' one: vertical gardens on the walls of buildings, little gardens around on the buttom of urban trees, 'jardins partagés', i.e. community gardens of residents on small spots in the inner city and of course pocket parks...
