Prof.Dipl. Ing. Hinrich Baller, architect with an international reputation expecially in green housing and business building. He runs a bureau in Berlin together with his wife Dipl. Ing. Doris Baller. Publications about him in international revues on architecture and town planning. Recent projects:
• 200 appartments around an artifical lake of 5000 m2, close to the historical park of Postdam, built as an ecological model which shows the posibilities of green and sustainable building in a very difficult location between a highway and a ‘plattenbausiedlung’
• 150 appartment at the Preussenpark in Berlin-Wilmersdorf, green building with high inner city density, one of the biggest solar complexes of Berlin too.
• 200 appartments around two intensively green courtyards on the roof of a shopping center of 6.000 m2 in a plattenbau-area in Berlin-Lichtenberge at the Landsberger Allee
